Quick Setup Guide

OpenAI key generation.

Follow below steps to generate the key(one time setup). Already have the key ready??? scroll down :)

1. Log on to https://platform.openai.com/ or click SignUp if no account has been created and create an account.

2. Once you are logged in click on lock icon in the left panel as shown in the image below:

3. Click on the +Create new secret key button and give a name to you key for e.g. my first key

4. Once you click on Create secret key copy the key generate and keep it safe. Make sure you copied the key because the key won’t be visible to view again.

5. If you forgot to copy the key. Click on the delete button for key Name and then click on Revoke Key as show in the image below and do the STEP-3 and 4 again

   Launching Superbeak:

   1. Launch the application. If you are launching the application for the first time the application will prompt you for a key. Provide OpenAI key in the text box, and click on Set the key button

   2. Click on ok.

   3. Once key is set the application will launch as shown in the image below.

   4. Click on Select Directory and click on Start Processing. We recommend creating separate folder and only keep the files which you want to be read by the bot. It will help you get better response. Also avoid keeping multiple heavy files.
